Additive Manufacturing in the Service of Industrial Safety – Collaboration with GTG Ingenieros

Since 2021, Inmake Studio has been collaborating with GTG Ingenieros, a Galician company and a national leader in industrial safety solutions, with more than 25 years of experience. Specializing in risk prevention in environments with mobile machinery, GTG stands out for its ability to develop fully customized systems tailored to the specific needs of each client. Their made-to-measure approach, both technically and operationally, allows them to adapt to a wide variety of industrial environments with practical, robust, and efficient solutions.

Within this context, our professional relationship has grown through several joint projects — always with a shared objective: to ensure the technical and commercial viability of their products, through fast, precise, and stage-adapted manufacturing.

ATR Pro

The ATR Pro system is a benchmark in industrial safety. It detects workers in risk areas with a range of up to 40 meters, and can alert or automatically stop machinery in hazardous situations. It’s robust, reliable, and easy to implement in any logistics or production setting.

One of the key components of the system is the operator TAG, a wearable device that must meet demanding requirements in terms of durability, ergonomics, and compatibility with other components (such as CLAP vests with integrated electrodes). This is where one of our main collaborations takes shape.

Our Contribution: Precision Manufacturing of the TAG Casing

At Inmake, we are responsible for manufacturing the casing of the TAG, following the designs developed by GTG's technical team. Over time, we’ve proven to be a reliable partner thanks to three fundamental pillars:
